Welcome to CarsForDoorDash! By using our services and renting vehicles through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Eligibility Requirements

1.1 To rent a vehicle from CarsForDoorDash, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age (age requirements may vary by location).
  • Hold a valid driver’s license that is active and in good standing.
  • Have an active DoorDash account.
  • Provide proof of insurance or purchase insurance through our program, if required.
  • Provide a valid credit or debit card for payment and security deposit.

1.2 CarsForDoorDash reserves the right to deny rental services to anyone who does not meet these requirements or fails to provide accurate and complete information.

2. Rental Locations

2.1 CarsForDoorDash currently operates in Arizona and California, with rental locations designed to serve DoorDash drivers in these areas.
2.2 Rental availability is subject to location-specific inventory. CarsForDoorDash cannot guarantee vehicle availability at all times.

3. Types of Vehicles Available

3.1 CarsForDoorDash primarily offers economy sedans, as well as compact cars and mid-size vehicles, depending on availability.
3.2 All vehicles are maintained to ensure they meet operational and safety standards. However, CarsForDoorDash makes no guarantees regarding the specific make, model, or features of the vehicle provided unless explicitly agreed upon.

4. Rental Agreement

4.1 When renting a vehicle, you will be required to sign a separate Rental Agreement, which outlines additional terms specific to your rental period, including mileage limits, return policies, and fees.
4.2 By signing the Rental Agreement, you agree to return the vehicle in the same condition as provided, excluding normal wear and tear.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 All rental fees, including the security deposit, must be paid upfront using a valid credit or debit card.
5.2 Additional fees may apply for:

  • Late returns.
  • Excess mileage, if applicable.
  • Damage to the vehicle or failure to return it in proper condition.
    5.3 CarsForDoorDash reserves the right to deduct fees or charges from the security deposit, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

6. Insurance

6.1 Renters must have valid auto insurance coverage that meets the minimum requirements of the state in which they are renting.
6.2 If you do not have insurance, you may be required to purchase insurance coverage through CarsForDoorDash or its partners.
6.3 CarsForDoorDash is not liable for any damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from your use of the rented vehicle.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the rental start time to qualify for a full refund.
7.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7.3 No refunds will be issued for early returns unless explicitly stated in the Rental Agreement.

8. Responsibilities of the Renter

8.1 You are responsible for:

  • Operating the vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws.
  • Maintaining fuel levels and returning the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as provided.
  • Reporting any accidents, damages, or issues with the vehicle immediately to CarsForDoorDash.
    8.2 Smoking, illegal activities, or transporting prohibited items in the vehicle is strictly forbidden and may result in additional fees or termination of the rental agreement.

9. Inspection and Availability

9.1 CarsForDoorDash will make every effort to ensure that an administrator is available during any scheduled inspection of our rental vehicles.
9.2 To avoid miscommunication, we have updated all primary contact numbers, ensuring seamless communication with renters and partners.

10. Termination of Rental

10.1 CarsForDoorDash reserves the right to terminate your rental agreement or refuse service at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions, the Rental Agreement, or applicable laws.
10.2 In the event of termination, you must return the vehicle immediately to the designated location.

11. Limitation of Liability

CarsForDoorDash is not responsible for:

  • Any personal property left in the rented vehicle.
  • Traffic violations, parking tickets, or toll fees incurred during the rental period.
  • Injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of the rented vehicle.

12. Privacy Policy

12.1 CarsForDoorDash collects and uses your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
12.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the rental services provided by CarsForDoorDash will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where the rental occurred.
13.2 You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class-action lawsuits.

14. Changes to Terms

CarsForDoorDash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
